Jin shin Jyutsu is a form of ancient Japanese touch therapy that you can perform on yourself, to others to help balance energy and emotion by stimulating the meridians of our hands.

Note this principles:

1.       Each fingers is connected to different organs and with it’s corresponding emotion and attitude. Perform the chart below a specific trouble area or to do the whole body balance.

2.       Hold the finger correlating to the organ you’d like to heal or emotion you want to calm. Hold this for 3-5 min. while deep breathing.

3.       You can do a total body harmonization should you wish through on all fingers on the chart.

A. THUMB

Organs:  Stomach and Spleen
Emotion/Attitude:  Anxiety, Depression and Worry
Physical Symptoms:  Stomach Aches, Skin Problems, Headache, Nervousness

B.  INDEX FINGER
